What do I need to file a claim?

When submitting a claim, you will be required to provide documentation to support a claim.

You can expect to provide the following information for a Booking Refund Protection claim:

  • Record/Proof of the Incident - Documentation to support the reason for no longer being able to travel - for example: medical documentation for an injury or illness

  • Proof of the booking - A receipt or invoice showing the booking amount and the dates of the reservation.

  • Confirmation of Cancellation – Documentation confirming the booking has been cancelled, such as a screenshot from the booking platform or a cancellation invoice.
