If your event registration details have recently changed, you may receive an “Attention Needed” email from ViCoverage. This email notifies you that your coverage information has been updated and an additional premium may be required to keep your coverage active and accurate.

Why You Received This Notification

Your protection is based on the details provided during your original registration. When changes occur, your coverage may need to be adjusted. For example:

  • Accident & Injury Protection: The sport or activity you selected has changed, which may affect your eligibility or coverage.

  • Registration Refund Protection: The cost of your event increased, and your current coverage no longer covers the full amount.

These updates ensure your protection remains accurate for your current event information.

What You Need to Do

Follow the link in the email titled “Update Your Policy” to confirm your updated details and pay any additional premium required.

Once completed:

  • Your policy will automatically adjust to reflect your updated registration.

  • Your coverage will remain active under the same terms and conditions.

If you do not complete this update, your policy may not fully cover your revised registration cost or activity.
