The program provides financial compensation or replacement for consigned property that is lost, stolen, or damaged by certain events while in-store.

Covered events include:

  • Fire

  • Flood (outside of excluded flood zones)

  • Customer handling damage

  • Civil unrest

  • Burglary or theft (including robbery)

  • Causes beyond the store’s reasonable control

Coverage period: Starts when your item is accepted by the store and a consignment receipt is issued. Ends when it is sold, returned to you, your interest ceases, or six months — whichever comes first.
