You can review your coverage details at any time through our secure Customer Portal.

Steps:

  1. Visit https://customers.vicoverage.com/.

  2. Log in with the email address used when you consigned your item(s).

  3. Select your Collection Protection policy from the dashboard.

You can view:

  • Your consigned item list (per consignment receipt)

  • Coverage terms, conditions, and exclusions

  • Claim filing instructions and deadlines
