What do I need to File a Claim?

When submitting a claim, you will be required to provide documentation to support a claim.

For Registration Protection, you can expect to provide the following:

  • Record/Proof of the Incident - Documentation to support the reason for no longer being able to participate or attend the activity - for example: medical documentation for an injury or illness

  • Proof of your Registration - receipt or invoice showing the registration amount

  • Copy of the Program Schedule - copy of the program/team's schedule or calendar showing the start and end date of the event or season

  • Documentation confirming that the registration or participation was cancelled, or a timeline showing the dates missed
